Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 2/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups flour
Directions:
Heat the butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted; cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add the vanilla and mix until combined. Add the baking powder and salt and mix until combined. Slowly add the sugar, a little at a time, until all combined. Spread the batter in a greased 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
