Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup cooked rice
12 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta and cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Grease a baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and spread into dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, uncovered. Can add cooked chicken to mixture to make this into a main dish.
