Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 rounded tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pie crust
whipped cream
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour and eggs and mix well. Add the buttermilk and vanilla and mix well. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Allow the pie to cool. Top slices with whipped cream.
