Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
zest of half a lemon
juice of half a lemon
powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients except the powdered sugar. For easier handling, refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes. Form the dough into small balls and roll each in powdered sugar. Bake at 375 on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 8-10 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
